MultivisionDx ("we", "us", "our") is a cancer diagnostics company based in Helsinki, Finland. Our website is multivision.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit our website.

2. What data we collect

We may collect the following information when you use our website:

  • Email correspondence: If you contact us via email at info@multivision.ai, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter subscription: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Subscribing requires you to tick a box agreeing to receive communications from us; we do not add you to the list without it.
  • Newsletter engagement: When we send you the newsletter, HubSpot records whether you opened it and which links you clicked, and associates that with your subscription. Links in the email pass through a HubSpot tracking domain (147191465.hs-sites-eu1.com) and carry campaign tags so we can see which updates are read.
  • Demo requests: If you request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, which of our products or services you are interested in, and which imaging instruments or data types you work with. We also record the page the request came from and, where present, the campaign or referral it arrived through.
  • Analytics data: We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referral sources, browser type, and device type. Umami uses a session cookie but does not collect personally identifiable information.
  • Cookies: We use analytics cookies via Umami. You can manage your cookie preferences on our Cookie Settings page.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries sent to us via email
  • To arrange and hold a demo you have asked for
  • To send you the newsletter you subscribed to, and to let you unsubscribe from it
  • To measure how the newsletter is read, through open and click tracking, so we can judge whether it is worth sending
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve our content
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Consent: When you email us, you consent to us processing your data to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter subscriptions rest on the consent you give by ticking the box on the subscribe form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
  • Legitimate interest: We have a legitimate interest in understanding website usage to improve our services, and in responding to a demo request you have sent us.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following third-party services that help us operate the website:

  • Umami Cloud: Provides privacy-focused website analytics.
  • HubSpot: Receives and stores newsletter subscriptions, and sends the newsletter. Our HubSpot account is hosted in the European Union and subscription data is submitted to its EU endpoint.
  • Basin: Receives demo requests submitted through the form on our demo page and forwards them to us by email.

6. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized and does not contain personal information.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from the mailing list. Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the meeting, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
